Workshop “Charter parties and carriage of goods by sea in the era of digitalisation, sanctions, decarbonisation and cybersecurity” Milano, 5 giugno 2024
L’ANIA, in collaborazione con Queen Mary University of London, organizza un workshop dedicato agli stakeholders del settore per approfondire tematiche divenute sempre più attuali, creando così un’occasione di studio e confronto. L’evento si terrà il giorno 5 giugno 2024 presso la sede dell’ANIA, a Milano, dalle ore 9:30 alle ore 12:30.
Preceduto da un Welcome Coffee offerto da BTG LEGAL, a partire dalle 9:30, aprirà i lavori Umberto Guidoni (Co-Director General ANIA), modera Flavia Melillo (Legal Specialist and Head of Marine & Aviation Dept., ANIA).
In agenda sono previsti gli interventi di:
- Miriam Goldby (Professor of Shipping, Insurance and Commercial Law – CCLS Research Director – Queen Mary University London), che tratterà di “Digital Trade, Electronic Bills of Lading and Insurance”;
- Filip Saranovic (Senior Lecturer in Shipping Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London), che interverrà su “Charterers’ protective clauses in the Red Sea scenario”;
- Alberto Batini (Master of Laws, Queen Mary University of London, Lawyer at BTG Legal, London) con un approfondimento su “The insurance of cyber risks in shipping: the status of CMI works”;
- Ugo Salerno (Executive Chairman RINA) che affronterà la tematica “Decarbonization: Challenges and Opportunities for the Maritime Industry”.
